What if being lost were a necessary part of finding your way?

What if being lost were a necessary part of finding your way?

Indeed many of my clients come to me feeling lost in their careers. They don’t know what they want or they do but don’t know how to get there.

They label this as “bad” and something that “shouldn’t be.”

They’re a victim to their disempowerment around it, blaming themselves or something else for where they are.

(Not just them. I’ve certainly felt a victim to being lost and not knowing what’s next. Most of us do).

Yet this disempowerment we feel often closes us off to innovation, creativity and exploration. The keys to finding our way.

If instead we related to getting lost from time to time as necessary, what could that change?
