"I don't know what I want"
/"I don't know what I want".
"I don't know what to do".
Consider what you really mean when you state this. 🤔
What is the "I don't know" really about?
In my coaching work with clients, I've found that "I don't know" can be code for,
"I don't think it's possible to achieve what I actually want."
"I think I might want xyz but I'm afraid😨 of trying it out because......"
Get clear on your beliefs about what you think is possible or not possible for you in your personal and professional life.
These beliefs about your possibilities are informing how you feel about what you want to do.
This isn't always consciously apparent.
It's simply that, without bringing awareness to your belief systems, the possibility of 'what you really want' may actually just not occur to you. 😮
Ever experienced this yourself?
