How making a powerful statement of intention will propel your vision forward
/You are naturally creative and powerful.
And I challenge you to declare what you will achieve next in your life without knowing HOW you will achieve it.
Scary, right?
When most of us are faced with our goals, by default, we try to manage every last detail, be attached to how it will go and attempt to figure out every last step of the journey before fully making a commitment to achieving it.
An insidious management method that leads to less fulfilment and more to long-term dissatisfaction.
Sure, it may lead to incremental change but not to breakthrough results.
And if you're a leader in the world looking to achieve the unprecedented, that's not going to go so well.
Alternatively, knowing how powerful you are and declaring what you're going to achieve or create (without yet knowing how) will take a level of courage and trust that makes what may seem impossible right now, possible. The follow-through of which also takes a level of commitment that Goethe calls magical:
"Until one is committed - there is hesitancy. The chance to draw back, and therefore, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth, that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then, Providence moves, too. All sorts of things of things occur to help one that would have never otherwise occurred. A whole stream of events from that one decision, raising in one's favour all manner of unforeseen incidence, meetings and material assistance which no one could dream would come their way. Whatever you can do- or dream you can do...begin it! Boldness has genius, power and magic in it."
